What is the buying process of a car advertised?

Give us a call or e-mail us your personal, trade or export inquiry. We will explain our terms of business and the payment options available.

What does your price include?

Price advertised on the website is the price you will pay for the vehicle if exported outside the EEC. The prices do not include transport or shipping

Any checks carried on the car prior to delivery?

Yes, a full inspection of the car to ensure it’s free from damages and the vehicle specification are correct. Images of the vehicle are then sent to the customer with the corresponding chassis number to confirm the car is delivered.

Which countries do you export to?

We can export to any country which has a legal framework to import vehicles from the UK. We specialise in exporting to countries such as Sri Lanka, Nepal & Bangladesh, Asian Countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong & Singapore, Commonwealth countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada & South Africa.

What are CIF and FOB prices?

CIF stands for (Cost+Insurance+Freight) covers freight, port to port insurance and other costs of freight. FOB price stands for (Free on-board price); meaning that the price does not include insurance, Freight, and Inspection charges.

Can I request a vehicle not advertised as stock?

If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle not in our stock or advertised on our website, you can email us at alex@autoexporters.co.uk. The enquiry will be handled by our sales team who will then liaise with you in a timely manner. Our team will then scour our extensive networks of car dealers across the UK to ensure we obtain the vehicle of your choice at the most competitive price.

How would my vehicle be delivered to port?

We use a reliable logistics company to deliver vehicles to port.

Can you arrange for the transport and shipping?

As part of the service we offer, inland transport and shipping to the port of choice anywhere in the world is included.

How is the shipment arranged?

Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will coordinate a booking for shipping your vehicle on the next available vessel. All shipping documents will be emailed or couriered to you after the vessel sails. This ensures the documents reach you before the ship arrives at the destination port of your choice.

What are your office hours?

Monday – Friday 9AM – 9PM.
Saturday – 9 AM -7PM.
Sunday – Closed.

Our sales team can respond to enquiries outside of office hours if they are able to.
