How to buy from stock
Step 1: Choose the Vehicle
You can choose a vehicle from stock or tell us the vehicle you had in mind.
We will then provide you with details and pictures from stock to choose from.
Step 2: Order
Once the price and condition are agreed upon, we will email you an invoice
with the details you have provided us with. Contact us when you are ready to purchase the vehicle,
we will then proceed to reserve the vehicle for you before someone else purchase it.
Step 3: Payment
Once proof of payment is received, we will email you a confirmation imminently.
Step 4: Shipment
Once full payment is received, we immediately begin export arrangements
in the first vessel available. The documents will be sent to you
via express courier a few days after the chosen vessel leaves Japan.
The documents will be with you before the vehicle arrives in your country.
Step 5: Collect your vehicle
Once you receive the documents, you can initiate collection and
registration procedures in your country. A clearing agent will help you ascertain fees and taxes
due and complete the process. Once all the procedures are concluded you can enjoy your new vehicle!!
How to Buy from Auction
Step 1: Registration of Membership

Step 2: Deposit for Bidding
Once you decide to start bidding on vehicles from the auction,
a predetermined deposit must be placed. Our Buyers will then bid on the chosen vehicle on behalf of you.
We cannot bid on any of the cars without a deposit.
You will only be charged the price of the successful bid.
Placing the highest bid possible increase the chances of securing a successful bid.
The deposit is refundable any time prior to a successful bid.
Bank charges will be deducted on both sides.

1,000,000 JPY – 2,000,000 JPY
Above 2,000,000 JPY

10% of the vehicle price
20% of the vehicle price
Other charges depend on customer demands:
Inspection (JAVIC/JAAI/ EAA)
Packing Charges for container.
If you decide to cancel the vehicle after a successful auction bidding, a cancellation fee will apply.
Step 3: Choose your vehicle
Submit your inquiry to us. We will then send you the details of
the most appropriate vehicles available from the available auction stock list.
Step 4: Bidding
Once you have received full details of the vehicle and ready to place a bid,
we will provide the FOB price of the vehicle.
Successful Bidding
If the bidding was successful, an invoice will be sent to you.
Failed bidding
In the event of a failed bidding, the deposit will be returned to you or can be kept for the next bidding.
